Overview

Red Seal Plumbing Exam Prep is designed as an offline-first educational study app. The app does not require an account, does not include advertising, and does not use third-party tracking.

Data Stored on Your Device

The app may store study progress locally on your device, including answered questions, saved questions, review history, flashcard progress, onboarding study preferences, and local study counters.

This local study data is used only to provide app features such as progress tracking, saved review, and recommended study steps.

Data Collection

The app does not collect study progress, analytics, diagnostics, identifiers, contact information, or usage data through an app server in the current version.

Feedback

If you choose to send feedback, the app opens a draft message in your email app. You can review, edit, cancel, or send the message. If you send the email, it is handled by your email provider and the receiving support inbox.

Delete Local Data

You can delete local study progress inside the app from the Privacy, Security & Disclaimer section.

Future Changes

If future versions add accounts, cloud sync, analytics, subscriptions, crash reporting, notifications, or server-based support tools, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
